“Revival is not a green valley getting greener, but a valley full of dry bones being made to live again.” Leonard Ravenhill
A letter from God…
My Dear Children,
I am writing to you today with a heavy heart, for I have seen that many of you have strayed from the path I have set before you. You have embraced greed, sexual immorality, and all sorts of evil, while abandoning prayer, worship, and holiness. This grieves me deeply, for I have always loved you and desired the best for you. You live like the heathens around you, embracing their ways.
In Revelation 3:15-16, it is written, “I know your works: you are neither cold nor hot. Would that you were either cold or hot! So, because you are lukewarm, and neither hot nor cold, I will spit you out of my mouth.” Do not be lukewarm in your faith, for I desire that you be fully committed to me.
I want you to know that I have not given up on you, and I will never abandon you. My love for you is unconditional, and I will always welcome you back into my loving arms if you repent and turn away from your sinful ways. Remember what it says in 2 Chronicles 7:14, “If my people who are called by my name humble themselves, and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and heal their land.” You cannot plead with me to heal your country and bring revival if you do not repent and turn from your ways. You are called to live in the world but to never be a part of it.
Do not be deceived by the things of this world, for they are fleeting and temporary. As it says in 1 John 2:15-17, “Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world—the desires of the flesh and the desires of the eyes and pride in possessions—is not from the Father but is from the world. And the world is passing away along with its desires, but whoever does the will of God abides forever.”
I urge you to turn back to me with all your heart, soul, mind, and strength. Seek me with all your heart, as it says in Jeremiah 29:13, “You will seek me and find me, when you seek me with all your heart.”
Remember the words of 2 Timothy 3:1-5, which say, “But understand this, that in the last days there will come times of difficulty. For people will be lovers of self, lovers of money, proud, arrogant, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, heartless, unappeasable, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not loving good, treacherous, reckless, swollen with conceit, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, having the appearance of godliness, but denying its power. Avoid such people.”
You must turn away from these ways and instead seek after me with all your heart, soul, mind, and strength. In James 4:7-8, it is written, “Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, you double-minded.”
I long to have a relationship with each and every one of you, and to guide you into the path of righteousness. I long to restore America. I long to see you turn to me and to let me breathe life into you and your country again.
Heed my warning, and turn away from your sinful ways. I am always with you, and I love you more than you can imagine.
With love,
God
