As we begin gearing up for the 2024 presidential election, almost everybody assumes that former President Trump is going to be running again, but there are those who believe he may not and there are others who believe that Ron DeSantis will run even if President Trump does run. Any strong conservatives believe that there are pros and cons to each candidate. Here are some of the thoughts back-and-forth about each man. Vote for your choice below!
The “Let Trump win then get DeSantis for eight years.” This could happen whether DeSantis runs as VP or just stays as Governor of Florida. NOTE: If they did run as a ticket, Trump would most likely have to move his residency to New Jersey or New York since President/VP candidates can’t be from the same state.
The “Trump is the greatest President of our lifetime, so I would only consider him.”
The “DeSantis is Trump without the controversy” candidate so let’s avoid the drama and just go with the Governor. One caveat to this that must be considered is that there would also be tremendous attacks on DeSantis’ policies, character, behavior etc. That is what the left does, to ANY Republican candidate.
