When Will Democrat Crimes Be Prosecuted?

Few if any Democrats are likely to be indicted for crimes dating back to at least 2016, while some belong in prison for life.

On Wednesday, Senator Chuck Grassley, the former Senate Judiciary Committee chairperson who presided over the Brett Kavanaugh confirmation hearings, had a question. He sought to know why those individuals who had perjured themselves still have not been prosecuted.

In November 2018, an investigation by the Senate Judiciary Committee showed that all of the allegations made against Brett Kavanaugh, including those by star witness Christine Blasey Ford lacked credibility and, in most cases, were demonstrably false. The Judiciary Committee offered the evidence in a 414-page report to Congress.

Enquiring Minds Want To Know

In a tweet Grassley wrote (paraphrased), “More than two years ago we had some bogus allegations against now Justice Kavanaugh. We know people lied to Congress and that’s against the law, so I sent a criminal referral to DOJ for prosecution. I sent a letter to DOJ this week wanting to know why these people haven’t been prosecuted two years later.

Senator Grassley, many people would like to know!  And we have other compelling concerns. The Russiagate criminals who won’t serve time in prison is disheartening. James Comey, who lied to Congress, probably will never see a day in jail. Nor will Andrew McCabe, who was dismissed for lack of candor and a bevy of other infractions. James Clapper will likely never spend a day in jail, although he lied to Congress, and then lied about his lie claiming that he was confused.

William Brennan, perhaps the greatest criminal director of the CIA, ever, might never spend any time in prison. He knowingly conspired with Barack Obama and Joe Biden in the White House, when he presented information showing that Hillary Clinton had purchased a phony dossier to employ to damage Donald Trump.

None of these people are likely to be indicted, while some belong in prison for life, for treason.

Heavy Hitters

The granddaddy of American political criminals, Barack Obama, will likely never spend a day in prison, and is now enjoying his third term as president via his ability to whip around Joe Biden. Obama’s weaponization of federal agencies, his undermining of Trump before leaving the office, and his four years of serious treasonous activities to thwart the Trump Administration all will go on punished.

Eric Holder, the first attorney general held in contempt of Congress and whose criminality in terms of allowing Black Panther intimidation in Philadelphia and a variety of other egregious acts, will never spend one minute behind bars.

Likewise, Lois Lerner, who quashed the Tea Party movement by unlawfully using the power of her office to harass, intimidate, and thwart Tea Party members, will never see a day in prison. Meanwhile, she’s been on the public dole for the last eight years, receiving a healthy pension and enjoying her retirement from ‘public service.’

Hillary Clinton won’t spend a day in prison for the 33,000 subpoenaed emails that she deleted. Yet, rank and file service men and women can spend 6 to 12 months in a federal penitentiary for deleting even one email.

All of Hillary Clinton’s corrupt staff will never see a day in jail. John Podesta, whose crimes are well-documented, belongs in a federal penitentiary. Huma Abedin, whose obfuscation and manipulations for Hillary Clinton deserve scrutiny, won’t spend a day behind bars.

And There’s More

All of the nefarious activities that went on to get Joe Biden ‘elected’ and nearly all of the criminals and treasonous individuals who participated in the fraud remain free and uncharged. Don’t even get me started on Hunter Biden and the Biden crime family. Hopefully, in the coming months, as 2020 election-related crimes are more fully exposed, the clamor from the Right will be loud and long. However, YEARS have passed with no results.

Will the puppet masters wait for Biden to die, use the 25th Amendment against him, or keep him on the string for as long as possible? Who knows, as they will do everything in their power to indict those on the Right for the slightest of offenses, including process crimes, while wholesale ignoring the treasonous activities of those on the Left.

We have a two-tiered justice system in this society, to our utter shame as a representative republic. Until justice is dispensed equally, regardless of party, the struggle before us remains abundantly clear.

Taking a Wrong Turn and Staying Safe

It is no time for equivocation when the issue is your safety and your life

You take a wrong turn in the city, perhaps missing the desired exit ramp and you end up on a street with which you are totally unfamiliar. Old, abandoned warehouses and litter abound. People hanging around on corners don’t seem to have much to do.

Positioned for Caution

You consult your GPS as to how to get out of this neighborhood. All indications are that at best it will take a couple minutes, with some complex turns and twists. So, what do you do while you’re in your car?

Keep a safe distance from the car in front of you at stop lights or stop signs. You need to have sufficient room to hit the gas pedal in case you have to vamoose in a hurry. Especially while you’re stopped at a red light, stay ever alert. Continually check your rear-view mirror and your side mirrors to ensure that no one is approaching you.

Carjacking is not uncommon and, even with your windows closed, a crowbar can smash them in seconds. In any case, if someone does approach you, be prepared to speed away.

May I be of Service?

If you happen to be on the street, out of your car, at a gas station or retail store, be especially weary. If someone approaches you and, in a reasonably pleasant voice, says something such as, “How are you today?” be prepared to take off in a hurry.

Suppose it’s too late, and the ‘cordial’ greeter is merely a few yards away. In a loud voice yell out, “I have nothing to do with you,” or any other phrase that you think will draw the attention of others and perhaps startle the nearby greeter. If you’re a woman, it is okay to scream and shout.

If you need to stop at a gas station or some retail establishment and people are hanging around, it’s best to keep moving. Drive to another location where no one is lingering. In this day and age, nearly everyone is busy. When you see people with nothing to do, the odds are that they want something from you – it could be money or could be worse.

Generally speaking, people with responsibilities do not gather together in groups outside of retail establishments, alongside walks, or the streets. So, you want to avoid such situations all together.

Action Jackson

The upshot is you need to get back on the route you had originally sought. You don’t want to linger in an unfamiliar, strange, or suspicious neighborhood. You will stand out like a sore thumb. The regulars know when someone is lost or disconcerted and the malingerers among them will move into action.

Sorry if this sounds like it’s rather a stringent approach to urban affairs, but this is your safety and your life. It is no time for equivocation.

This is not the America we have known and loved. This is legal warfare striking at the heart of our republic. For the first time, an American President has been found guilty on 34 counts in a New York courtroom. As it now stands, he will be sentenced on July 11th. It may be unlikely Trump will be sentenced to prison, but even if the verdict ends up being repealed, what will be the result of this unanimous conviction on the November election and our growing political divide?

Will Americans rally behind a President wronged by a partisan assault on our legal system? Those who support him will clearly rally to his side. Within hours Trump doubled the record for daily contributions with a commitment of over $34 million, over twenty percent of which was from first time contributors. Right now, his support is growing.

That small New York jury, influenced by a biased judge, will not decide the future of America, voters will in November. Americans will have the opportunity to vote the verdict that counts most by reelecting Donald Trump President. But as positive as polls may appear right now for the past President, those voters who hate Trump are happy with the result and will show up at the polls to defeat that “felon” Trump.

The “Hate Trump” vote gave Biden the Presidency in 2020. Biden didn’t win on his personality or platform; it was the “hate Trumpers” who came out in record numbers to defeat Donald Trump. They have not gone away, and they now have more ammunition to fuel their hatred of the man.

Conservatives know that this next election is critical to the future of our republic. Candidate Biden presented himself as a harmless centrist ready to unite the country. But he governed as a progressive extremist using executive orders to end our energy independence, open our border to millions of illegal aliens, and spend our way into crippling inflation leaving many living paycheck to paycheck. Biden will claim that the rate of inflation has come down, but the result of months of inflation remain, putting more and more American on the brink of insolvency.

If people vote on whether they are better off after 4 years of Joe Biden, Trump’s conviction will mean little. Far too many Americans are hurting. No matter your age, politics, or race, if you can’t put food on the table for your family, you want a change. You remember what your life was like under Donald Trump. They will compare that to life under Joe Biden. The choice should be easy for another Trump victory.

But will that be the case in November. Now, there are strong reactions engendered by this kangaroo court and the travesty of these convictions. But it is a long way to November, and we are yet to see what the long-term impact of this court decision and possible additional convictions that may yet come. Some legal analysts have suggested that the New York case was the least likely charge to result in a conviction. Will Americans get weary of a wounded warrior, a President that is fighting against one partisan persecution after another?

Republicans are united in the belief that they must win this next election. Will there come a time that the baggage Trump carries into the election make his election unlikely? As of now, he is facing a failing opponent who has a hard time putting sentences together. But more and more Democrats are calling for Biden not to run and to find a new candidate to put forward.

What would happen if Biden steps down as President Johnson did? Who would Democrats put in his place? Would it be Michelle Obama? Some question putting a person up for election that has never been elected to any office. On the positive side, Michelle has no record to defend, she would bring back the aura of President Barack Obama’s Presidency, and she could easily disavow support for Biden’s controversial decisions. In short, she could be the Democrats dream candidate to rally behind.

On the morning after the verdicts and record donations to his campaign, Donald Trump said to America, “I will do what I have to do to save our country.” What if the early poll numbers for Trump begin to fade the closer we get to November? Would Donald Trump put America first if it looks more and more like he might lose to the candidate Democrats choose? Could he step down and campaign in support of a candidate with no negative baggage and powerful Contract with America? The Republicans have a strong bench of ready candidates and winning issues to support.

Right now, it is not clear his stepping down is necessary. But if it is, I hope that Donald Trump would put his love for country first. He has been wronged, but winning in November is more important than whether Donald Trump is our next President. Whoever Republicans elect would bring the right people to Washington and the policy priorities that matter to Americans would once again drive the focus of this great country.

Rest assured that if Trump is the Republican candidate in November, we must work to rally support for him. Just know that with the election irregularities that are sure to surface, our candidate must win big. If the GOP wins big, Democrats can’t cheat their way to victory. May Trump live up to his promise to do whatever he has to do to save this country, whether that means running himself or supporting someone else better positioned to win. But win we must! May it be so.
