Tucker: It’s time to reassess our view of Kamala Harris
Deconstruct your unconscious bias and ask yourself, would a moron be capable of repeating the same canned phrase dozens of times with this kind of precision, without changing a single facial expression?
Tucker extols the under-appreciated genius of Kamala Harris that he’s been missing for so long in his blind racism. Highlights include:
“You following this? So, Kamala Harris is like your sister in the same way that Michelle Obama would be like your sister if your sister was your cousin and also married to the president. Why hadn’t we realized it before?”
“Well, as Joy Reid pointed out, ‘most of the media is still white and male’, of course. Those damned white males, always hiding the sister/cousin connection, it’s what they do. But for us, the veil had been lifted. We could see for the first time what our racism had blinded us to for so long and the truth hurt. It was so painful that for days we had to wear sunglasses, even indoors. But it was worth it because at that point began a journey of contrition and self-discovery that honestly was long overdue.”

“Our assumption, really for decades, was that politicians who make a habit of using the word ‘truth’ are probably, really by definition, lying. That’s why they say ‘truth’ so often… What struck us was that she repeats the same line again and again and again, and our old reaction was derision… Not exactly Socrates, that was the phrase we used.”
“But that reaction, we now see, comes from a place of privilege.”
“Evaluate your priors! Deconstruct your unconscious bias and ask yourself, would a moron be capable of repeating the same canned phrase dozens of times with this kind of precision, without changing a single facial expression? Oh, no, try that at home. You can’t do it, you’re too self-aware. It’s impossible to you, but not to Kamala Harris.”
“When Kamala Harris tells us again and again and again that we need to work together, she’s not simply repeating some vapid canned soundbyte she’s been handed by her handlers.. No, she’s literally, literally, moving human evolution forward. She’s making the species better on a cellular level. How long ’til we can fly? If Kamala Harris keeps it up, not long. She does this all the time.”
“Okay, so, again, there are a couple of ways to assess that claim.. The old us, before we were reborn…The old us would’ve said ‘Wait a second, Kamala Harris! African Americans weren’t actually enslaved for 400 years in this country, that’s not true.’, but we would’ve missed the point. So, what happened here is Kamala Harris before her talk googled ‘how long was there slavery in America?’ and she saw that it’d been 400 years since slavery began in America, which is true.”
“But, she forgot to subtract the years since the Emancipation Proclamation. It’s actually fewer than 400, about 150 years fewer than 400, which would put us around 250, but whatever. The point is, that’s not her fault. It’s Google’s fault for not doing the subtraction for her.”
“And who runs Google? White men.”

In this country the prosecution has to, for Constitutional and moral reasons, turn over exculpatory evidence to the defense. That did not happen. This is wrong.
Tucker comments on the Biden administration’s wanting to arrest up to another 1200 people, not for committing crimes, but for showing their support for democracy, the left’s second favorite word since Biden took office. Highlights include:
“Here’s what we know, a Soros-funded prosecutor in New York, a man who ran on the promise to indict Trump, seems to be working hard to indict Trump, indicting him for a crime that no one even pretends is a crime, including the federal agency that has already investigated it and declared it not a crime.”
“So, in Manhattan tomorrow, what will certainly be an overwhelmingly liberal grand jury will meet, and unless something unexpected happens, Democrats will have taken the unprecedented step of using a corrupt justice system to take out the front runner in the Republican presidential field in a presidential race, and if that happens, America will never be the same.”
Trending on PolitiCrossing.com: BIBLE: Will America Be Significant in the End Times?
“As of tonight, it’s not just Trump who is the target of this, it’s Trump’s voters. The Biden administration is in the process of preparing yet another law enforcement dragnet of more than 1,000 non-violent January 6 protesters. These are not people who broke windows or tussled with cops, these are patriotic Americans who dared to question the official story of the 2020 election.”
“They watched with the rest of us as covid was used as a pretext to eliminate longstanding barriers to voter fraud. They saw a democratic partisan Mark Zuckerberg spend nearly half a billion dollars to influence the mechanics of voting, including in critical swing states. Nevertheless, as they watched the news on the night of November 3, Trump seemed to be winning reelection, and then they woke up and smug tv anchors are telling them that actually, a senile man who refused to campaign had won the biggest landslide in American history.”
“The Biden administration has identified 1,000 additional Trump voters for non-crimes that they claim took place on January 6, mostly walking as Jacob Chansley did. In recent months, according to a story in the Washington Post, US attorney Matthew Graves, a willing tool of the Biden administration , has written to court officials alerting them that an additional 700 to 1200 people may be charged stemming from January 6.”
“This dragnet is so vast that prosecutors are warning DC jails and prisons will be overrun with prisoners, prisoners you can at this point only describe as political prisoners. The Washington Post reports, ‘In recent months, law enforcement and judicial authorities have engaged in discussions to manage the huge volume of Jan. 6 cases without overwhelming the courthouse where pleas and trials are held.'”
“This is depraved and it’s malicious.”
“Now, whatever you think of Jacob Chansley or Donald Trump, if you cared about civil liberties, you would be outraged by this. This is as grave a Constitutional violation as you can have. In this country the prosecution has to, for Constitutional and moral reasons, turn over exculpatory evidence to the defense. That did not happen. This is wrong. This man is rotting in prison, his life has ended for a crime he did not commit and that he was not allowed to fairly defend himself against, but liberals didn’t care. They no longer seem to have any interest in justice or civil rights.”
“What you just saw is a measure of the total moral corruption of our news media and the institutions they serve in Washington and it’s implications for you. If they’ll endorse the unjust destruction of one man, they have no limits. They will do anything, and now with these impending arrests, they’re showing you what they will do. So, if you support the wrong presidential candidate, you get arrested and don’t get to see exculpatory evidence in your trial. Apparently, those are the rules. But if you do vote the ‘right’ way, you get paid. Democrats raise money for your bail when you commit violent crimes, they’ll even force taxpayers to give you money after the fact.”
“What’s so interesting is how you never see these very same people fantasize about locking up, say, the murderers or rapists or armed robbers or people who push elderly women in front of subway cars who are making New York City unlivable. This is a city in which the homicide rate jumped more than 50% from 2019 to 2021 because of their policies. They don’t care about that. They’re not mad at the murderers who cause shootings to increase more than 100% in that same period. They’re not mad that Alvin Bragg, their new favorite prosecutor dropped 70% of actual criminal cases since taking office so that these same criminals can continue to terrorize poor people in neighborhoods where MSNBC anchors live.”

Indicting Trump is an abuse of power
Make no mistake, this is a turning point for the country.
Tucker looks at why Donald Trump might possibly be indicted and questions whether that’s even illegal and punishable at this point. Highlights include:
“The dominant rumor on the internet over the weekend was that Donald Trump will soon be indicted, possibly even handcuffed on camera. Is that true? We can’t say. We do know that Trump is the subject of a grand jury investigation in Manhattan, that’s a city that voted against Donald Trump by almost 80% in the last presidential election. We also know that the grand jury was empaneled by a Soros-funded DA called Alvin Bragg.”
“So we would assume on the basis of that evidence that’s it’s pretty likely Trump does get charged with something at some point, but charged with what? That’s the question that should matter. In a free country, laws are universal. Laws apply to all citizens equally precisely because all citizens are considered equal.”

“Eight years ago as he was running for president, Trump paid a porn actress named Stormy Daniels $130,000. Daniels alleged that she and Trump had at one point had sex. Trump denied that, he still denies it. But in exchange for promising not to repeat that claim in public, Trump through his then attorney Michael Cohen, sent Stormy Daniels a check. Was that legal?.”
“Because there was a campaign in progress at the time, officials at the Federal Election Commission later examined the transaction between Trump and Stormy Daniels. Federal investigators concluded that nothing criminal had taken place, and in fact, settlements like this, whatever you think of them, are common, both among famous people, ‘celebrities’ and in corporate America. The result is usually known as a NDA, a non-disclosure agreement.”
“It didn’t really answer the question. Why are we handcuffing Donald Trump? Liberals don’t seem to care at all as long as it happens, as long as Trump gets handcuffed. But, in fact there’s plenty of evidence that Trump committed no crime in sending money to Stormy Daniels.”
“We don’t have to guess. Consider the case of former North Carolina senator John Edwards. Long after Edwards left office, Barak Obama’s DOJ charged him with federal finance violations. So, the premise of the case against John Edwards was that he had received $1 million in gifts and that he spent that money in ‘hush money’ payments to his mistress with whom he later had a child. Obama’s DOJ argued that the money Edwards sent to his girlfriend amounted to ‘campaign contributions.’ Edwards never reported that money, so Obama’s DOJ tried to send him to prison.”
“Well, in the end, the case fell apart under the weight of its own incoherence. So, Obama’s lawyers argued that any payment that could conceivably help a political candidate politically is by definition a campaign expenditure. There’s no law that says that, by the way, they just made it up. But if you think about it for a second, it doesn’t make sense. If that were true, flip it around. It would mean that candidates could use donor money and also taxpayer money in the form of federal matching funds to pay for any personal expense as long as that expense could conceivably benefit them politically.”
“Not surprisingly, John Edwards was acquitted in that case.”
“What’s interesting is even as Bragg has been single-mindedly focused on Donald Trump and his ‘crimes,’ sending money to a porn star, he has been not only ignoring real crimes, but downgrading felonies to misdemeanors and letting actual violent criminals out of jail as quickly as possible. On his first day in office, first day, Bragg, consistent with the ideas of the man who paid for his campaign, George Soros, issued a memo explaining his office will ‘not seek a corsarial sentence except in cases involving homicides, economic crimes, and a small number of felonies.’”
“Bragg seems to be alleging that Trump violated New York’s Business Record Act by falsely reporting the payout to Stormy Daniels as ‘legal fees.’ Now, if this were true, it would constitute a misdemeanor and the statute of limitations has already run out for that, for the bookkeeping error, assuming it even happened. But Bragg apparently is thinking about charging Trump under a felony version of the Business Records Law, one that punishes businesses for falsifying records as a way to commit another separate crime. That would be the campaign finance violation, which as we mentioned, was not a campaign finance violation, and we know that from the FEC, which policies campaign finance violations. By the way, if it were, that would be a federal crime, not something that Alvin Bragg, the Manhattan DA would be prosecuting.”
“Make no mistake, this is a turning point for the country. Now, the headline here is not that they’re being unfair to Donald Trump again, though of course they are, or even that Trump is the former president of the United States. Who cares? Though, as long as we are indicting retired presidents, where are the charges against George W Bush for invading Iraq under false pretenses and giving permanent normalized trade relations to China, which completely wrecked our economy?”
“What happens if they get away with this? If they use the Justice Department, in full view of everyone, to settle a political score and to keep the White House, just to take a guy out of the race who seems to be doing fairly well? We’ll destroy the justice system, and that’s not a small thing. A functioning justice system has kept this country peaceful for hundreds of years. The purpose of a justice system is to administer justice so that citizens don’t have to do it themselves, you outsource that duty to the government. But what happens when you take that away, when there is no justice system?”
